Medi Medical has 5 steps testing.
1. Raw material checking and spare parts choice: For cold steel,we work with Bao Steel, select suitable thickness tubes according to product design.Our spare parts partner are LINAK,TENT,POWER-PACKED etc famous brand.
2. Derusting and powder coating: We remove rust by mechanical machine, not like acid wash, mechanical treatment is more rustproof.Our powder coating step is performed by machine and later skilled workers check the unpainted parts and paint all.
3. Assemble: Assemble bed frame with important parts like actuators,hydraulic pumps etc.
4. Finished products testing: Check all products performance after assembling.
5. QC spot checking: Randomly choose the products to check the quality from the mass production.
